What we store

  • When you play: the name and age you enter, and what happens in the game: prompts, votes, points and who won. You can use a nickname.
  • Your photo, which is optional: it stays on your phone. Without an account, the people in your room see it while the room lasts and it isn't stored anywhere else. With an account, it stays on your profile until you change it or delete the account.
  • Who is it? minigame: the photo you take is shown at the table while the game lasts and isn't stored.
  • Microphone: the game doesn't use it. What's said at the table isn't heard or recorded.
  • With a Google account, which is optional: your email, name, photo, age if you enter it, and the balloons you've won. Your email isn't shown to anyone.
  • Suggestions: what you write in the suggestion box.
  • Technical data: your IP address, to run the site and limit abuse.
  • On your phone: what's needed to get you back to your room if the connection drops.

What for

  • To run the game and to save your balloons if you have an account.
  • To improve the game. What happens in games goes into an internal log that isn't shown on any page.
  • We don't sell your data.
  • For now there's no fixed deletion period: data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Cookies

  • Language: remembers the language you chose, for up to a year.
  • Your account: only if you sign in with Google, to keep you signed in for up to a year.
  • Google Analytics: only if you accept them, to count visits. Otherwise they aren't loaded.

Who it's shared with

  • Google: to sign in with your account, and Analytics if you accepted it.
  • OpenAI: an artificial intelligence creates prompts and judges drawings. It receives the table's age range and the drawings, without names.

Children

Children may play, always with a responsible adult. We recommend they use a nickname instead of their real name.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326. Leave your request in the suggestion box on the home page, with a way to contact you.
